In the last couple of years, the festival ecosystem was my main work domain.
I worked for both small and big film festivals in Poland and abroad. My positions included festival direction, team management, program coordination and management of international projects. My skillset includes also fundraising, PR & social media communication and event production. I worked with different festival management softwares and databases.
